Hey guys I just recently unlocked/jailbroke/activated my iphone using ziphone. My phone I believe was 1.1.2 OTB so I assume it had a 4.6 BL. I was not aware of the permant effects of downgrading my BL with ziphone. And now I was wondering if I could use the refurbish option in ZiPhone GUI v2.6b to get it back to 4.6. Will this work? Is there any other options? Thanks

NO.

There is no way to go back to 4.6 bootloader at this time.

Having said that - 3.9 is perfectly safe and unlockable and will happily work with all future updates at this time as all original iPhones had the 3.9 bootloader.

The only negative side of this is that if you wanted to return your phone to Apple under warranty they will not fix it as you have voided the warranty and their is permanent evidence of this on your phone now.
