ZiPhone jailbreak problem HELP!

Hey guys i just updated from 1.1.1 jailbroken 8G Touch and I used ZiPhone on 1.1.4 and everything went well but when i tried to install something through installer it would say failed to install package...so I restored and re-did the process and when i went to installer all the apps that i had installed from the 1.1.1 installer were gone and i could not find them and i could not add sources so any help would be great!
