I was trying to down load Ziphone and it was taking well over 15 mnutes then I click cancel. I am at work so I in reaching for the phone I pulled out the USB and now I have this message on my Ipod BSD root: md0, major2, minor 0 It says it all down my screen I tried restarting it and I dont know what to do please if anyone could help me asap I dont have a computer at home so I only can read this at work.

try putting it in restore mode and restoring it in iTunes. to put it in restore mode turn it all the way off and unplug the usb cord. when it's off hold the home button and plug in the usb cord. keep holding the home button until you see the connect to iTunes symbol. then connect it to iTunes and restore
