Zoom icon stuck

I have this zoom icon stuck at the top. I think it's zoom. I had a zoom call and this is stuck at the top of my macbook. Running the latest macos. I uninstalled zoom and it's still there. I don't like it and want it gone.

That's not the Zoom icon. It's from macOS and shows whenever something is using your camera. I assume the green dot isn't lit up by your camera anymore? Or is something still using your camera? If you click it, it should show what app is accessing the camera. Quit that app or try restarting if you haven't already.
