Zoom UAC-2

Hello. Does anyone have any experience with the Zoom UAC-2 audio interface? I have the Steinberg UR 22 mkii and was wondering if it was better. I’ll be using it mainly for vlogging and podcasting and maybe someday music.

You might find it useful to check out YouTube videos by a fellow named Julian Krause. He has tested some of the products that you have been considering, or closely related products. I think that he is quite thorough.

The Zoom UAC-2 interface is probably similar to other Zoom products in that price range. Apart from build quality, it comes down to whether the amount of self-noise, and things like digital rather than analogue limiters, are acceptable, having regard to the price, for your intended use.
