how to control camera zoom features programmatically in iPhone.
Please Reply.

iPhone doesn't have a zoom feature. You have to crop in post. :apple:

Am I missing something? The iPhone 4 has a zoom. You open the camera app, touch the screen and you will see a slider bar at the bottom of the page. Move the slider to obtain your desired level of zoom.

Oops, sorry 'bout that. I dislike it so much I forgot about it. :(

It's really the same thing as cropping later. Some day it will have real optical zoom. :apple:

yup but it's just a digital zoom. if you have any kind of photo processing software you can just crop the picture later + preserve the original

Yea, I see the problem. But check out some of the Casio's. Many have internal optical zoom! There is hope. :D
