Zooming generally or in Browser

When I use a stream, flash animation, flash player such as youtube.com or justin.tv.
The Problem with these is, that you only can choose between Fullscreen or the normal size.
What I am looking for is a tool, in which I can mark an area and double the size. I've seen it in Linux, does that exist on Mac?

You can use the system wide zoom via Ctrl + mouse wheel / trackpad scroll, or use Safari 4 beta, which zooms not only the text, but everything.

ctrl+wheel makes everything bigger... so other progs are also affected...
