Zooming problems

Hi,

Before on Snow leopard, i used to be able to zoom in by swiping 2 fingers on my mbp trackpad, on Lion i can still do this BUT now everytime i go to a new page in safari (i.e click a link/go forward/back a page) the page zooms back out again???

Also, when i used to zoom in on snow leopard the zoom would 'snap' as you zoomed in, now it's got this more 'free' kind of wobbly feel to it, which is pretty awful.

Anyone have any ideas or help on how to change these zoom settings back to how they were on os Lion?
