iPod Zunes not even released and already crashing!

I thought this was hil-arious! Apparently some of the very few who happened to find a retailer who was selling these things early are having problems. Like any true Microsoft software, crashing seems to be part of the product description.

EDIT: I would like to make sure people understand... this is not because the software needs to connect to the store. There have been sucesses in installing, for some reason though others get this error.

On a side note. Why is restarting the fix all for Windows?

It's not just a crash, the installer doesn't run at all, and engadget's system should be clean of spyware, patched and not suffer other possible problems.

MS isn't having a good time atm.

It sure is big that much is certain.

After transitioning to the iPod Nano (Black one with 8GB) it will be hard for me to even use a regular iPod, let alone something as huge as the Zune.
