so MMS is only available on the iPhone 3G and 3GS... yet AT&T publicise this with a shot of the iPhone 2G? Well done

I basically would only use MMS in the Summer because of no school. Stupid they waited this long to release it.

irony? the handset she's holding is a first gen iPhone, which is incapable of transmitting MMS messages.

They're all worthless really well I hear better things with verizon so maybe go with that but all cell phone carriers are working in the same boat, pretty corrupt if you ask me.

I was literally just reading the article on the home page about MMS coming soon, refreshed, and this statement was there. I was pretty surprised. Anyways, it's sad that the only thing at&t follows through on is their "late summer" estimate of when it would be released.

AT&T lies! They said by end of summer. Summer ends Sept 22. Apple really needs to end their exclusive agreement with these idiots!

Damn.. that is about as late Summer as they could have got.... the 23rd is the begining of Fall.

Yeah but still will be slow, I want the photo to send like text not like a photo. Which I know it will sense they're boosting their signal to 850mhz if I read that correctly.
