I'm still on 10.1.1, seems like this beta is a mess overall? Battery issues, bluetooth issues, itunes issues...wth is apple doing? Along with all those Tmobile users have issues with 10.2 and LTE, this seems like the worst update apple's given out for a while.

Remember though, people don't come to forums to praise something, they come to complain. The percentage of people complaining to those that are running the beta are probably below .0001%.

I am having an issue with not being alerted I have a new voicemail. People call and leave a VM, but I do not get alerted for hours or days. I am running 10.2.1, and have T-Mobile as my carrier. I have called T-Mobile customer support, but they could not see why this is happening to me. Is anyone else having a similar issue, or have a suggestion of what I can try?

A few months back there was a bug with APNS not pushing email notifications properly, this also included VM notifications. It is possible Apple is having a server issue. This would be server related and not iOS related. Might be worth calling Apple Support.

Having the same issue. 7+, T-Mobile, 10.2.1 b2. Seems like its been happening for a while though, not necessarily just with this beta. I always have to restart the phone a few minutes after a missed call just to see if a message was left.

I don't get the notification right away, but if I go into the phone app and VM tab, it will show almost right away if there is a VM or not. And I'm on 10.2, so I don't believe it has to do with iOS version. Definitely server related.

I mean its still possible, but unlikely as 10.3 is a major update and that would be weird to test a .x.1 update and a .X update at the same time.

I'm still on 10.2, but I guess I will give this a go. Probably be the final anyways.

same here, gonna install it

Possible that this is GM. Didn't they have 8.3 and 8.2 in beta testing at the same time for Apple Music? Or 9.0 and 8.3?

I think it was 8.4 and 9.0. But they are both 'major' OS updates. I haven't seen the build number for this build yet, but if its like the last 2, it very well could be the final build and it will go out publicly next week, meaning it is possible that 10.3 comes tomorrow. They are just testing this before fully releasing.

Thats very possible. I guess we will find out tomorrow! Alright, no more speculation on my behalf, time to figure out if anything is broken in 10.2.1 beta 3.

Weren't some people saying it happened that way last year with iOS 9.3 and 9.2.1 or something along those lines?

I don't remember. I'm pretty sure it only happened with 8.4 and 9.0.
Looking back, looks like the first developer beta for iOS 9.3 was released on January 11, while the final version of iOS 9.2.1 wasn't released until January 19.

Okay, so there is a chance, but I still think its unlikely because all 4 platforms would be updated today and then updated again tomorrow.

9.2.1 final beta came out on 1/4/16. 7 days before the release of 9.3 beta 1. So there was a 7 day gap, not one day.
