LOL @ itards thinking apple invented everything. Apple pretty much ripped off technologies back in the day, change some here and there, and call it their own.

They have their head so far up their ass they can't even see the glimpse of truth.

Deny all you want, Samsung is going to kick apple's ass.

Precisely!

I totally agree with ya.

Some Mac Fanboys kids do not know the Apple History Well. They are not born in the 70's era.

For those who born before 70's. Well they know some stuff.

They thought Everything Apple invented was their own.

The Mac Fanboys did not know that most of it are copied technologies from others.

Before iOS even comes to the picture, the icons on the Apple iPhone was infact a copy of Samsung Technology.

Did you know that the Apple Apps Store on your Mac OS X is the exact copy of Google Chrome Web Store.

Yeah what you said is true. They did however changed here and there and still thinks they made their own.

Your current designs of Apple Macbook Pros is infact a copy design of Sony Vaio!

Then why Sony CEO came to the Apple Events years ago. Steve Jobs brings over Sony CEO to give a talk in the Apple Events.

Apple wants to follow the Samurai of Sony marketing strategy into Apple.

Tim Cook was a former employee of Compaq! Not Apple.

And Tim Cook was a great guy. Trust me.

Tim Cook will put a calming hand on this, while maintaining control and without caving in.

Since he doesn't have the acerbic edge, and narcissistic arrogance of Jobs, the likelihood of progress is very real.

He will set a matter of fact tone, that will make it clear Apple is all business, yet open to working with Samsung.

My bet is that Cook will not only resolve this, he will negotiate future relations between the two companies, that will avoid these types of time wasting, money consuming actions going forward.

If anyone can bring this to a reasonable, timely conclusion it is Tim Cook.
