Idk, why would anyone buy an iPhone and return it in seal?

Could be a number of different reasons maybe it was the wrong color or the wrong GB's or it even could be that Apple store had some from the original launch that they finally sold.

Yeah, the first white unit I had gotten as a swap for a black(with a small ding) had a loose part of the screen too. I tried to live with it but having 25% of your screen feel hallow is ridiculous when its suppose to be new.
