I'm getting that error on my iphone.. unable to check for update - an error occurred while checking for a software update.
 
also, if you go to change your wallpaper in settings it shows current wallpaper instead of the default stars one, unless of course thats your current wallpaper 🙂

folders seem to be more translucent and you can see the parallax working behind them
 
Thicker fonts overall, thicker loading bar in Safari, true full screen in Safari. That's what I've noticed so far.
 
While it is exciting to get to play with the newest Beta of iOS. I think I'm more excited for the latest XCode 5 Developer Preview 3 coming out along side iOS 7 Beta 3.

I've been using XCode 5 and the new SpriteKit API. It has some issues, as in some of the API just flat out not working, but overall very exciting stuff.
 
MLB AtBat / BofA Updates

Quick update for things broken for me before:

1) It does appear that MLB AtBat does now work under Beta 3!
2) Camera-based deposits on the Bank of America app appear to be fixed in Beta 3.

It ought to have some things--if only because B3 removes many of the animation functions (especially animated wallpapers, parallax, glassy-overlays, text shadowing, and animated weather background being the two I saw in the release notes) that appeared to drag on the iPhone 4.

It also did that in iOS 6.
