Don't except one for at least 3-4 weeks minimum, but as the guy said above me, check daily.

Here's a post suggesting the 2011 13" MBA refurbs first appeared in mid November, but I'm unsure how long after that before the 11's showed up: http://9to5toys.com/2011/11/17/refurbished-apple-macbook-air-13-inch-2011-starting-at-1099/
So that's about four months for ~$200-$250 savings if the same holds true.

It could be a few days or a few months, depending on when new MBAs are returned to Apple. Use refurb.me to track and get updated when the models you want come in. You may have to wait a bit before the 2012 models are added as options on that site.
I'm guessing there are more than a few who would like to see that! 😀
