Like I'll buy the new MBA 11" prolly once it's on the refurb store, but how long does it take generally for them to start flowing in?

If you're truly in the market you need to check daily. They come and go very quickly.

Don't except one for at least 3-4 weeks minimum, but as the guy said above me, check daily.

It could be a few days or a few months, depending on when new MBAs are returned to Apple. Use refurb.me to track and get updated when the models you want come in. You may have to wait a bit before the 2012 models are added as options on that site.
I'm guessing there are more than a few who would like to see that! :D
