Is anyone else having a tough time with the lock screen shortcut to get to the photo app? I'm sliding up as carefully as I can and 80% of the time I get the Control Center.

I think I figured this out. If you start your swipe below the screen it'll open Control Center. If you hit and swipe from the camera icon you will get the camera app.

Does that make sense?

Seems like at least some swipes just need to be somewhat more exact and deliberate now.

Yeah. Same here. Can't seem to get the camera icon to drag up probably 3/4 of the time. Didn't experience this in Beta 3.

I just posted the same thread and found yours. My thumb is quite large and I have to pay attention and flick extreme right to get the camera open (the position is awkward and not very forgiving). Most of the time, control center opens. If I disable control center, the camera opens easily.

This has been fixed with B5.

Even of you start the upwards motion to access the camera below the screen, if your finger is in line with the picture of the camera on the lock screen, then the camera will open up.
