AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

Hello everyone… decided to join the thread after much lurking.
I placed my original order on 9/19 for SG 6+ 64 online with ATT.

After watching this thread and getting my hands on a co-workers 6+ 128, I decided to bite the bullet and cancel my order and re-order a 128.

BTW… live in Greenville, SC we have an apple store, zero ATT versions have shown up on either tracking site for the last week.

I had an awesome ATT CSR… very helpful and stayed on the line till everything was ok with my order.

Fingers crossed that I'll see movement by early November.

Check your emails from AT&T and any other correspondence from AT&T. My pre-order purchase confirmation had a different order number than my online one.

Setup or login to your AT&T Wireless account. You should land on the myAT&T Account Overview page. Select the myAT&T tab. You should see "My Orders" on the menu between "Profiles", and "Digital Life". Press "My Orders" and any open orders should appear.

I have checked my order status everyday for more than 3 weeks.. Not one change.

I did something very similar. I originally ordered on the 17th the 16g 6+ and decided today I wanted the 64, so I cancelled my original order and placed a new one today.

I still haven't received a confirmation email but called a few hours later and the CSR rep was able to retrieve it.

So I will patiently wait.....again. :eek:

I have said since day one there are orders that got screwed up and even though the system shows the order its not making it through for some reason. I would like to see if its all in my head or did people just give up and stop posting

I have SG 16gb, 10/12 at 9:30 am, in Maine and never received email confirmation. Ship Dates are 10/31-11/11 (which we now know mean NOTHING)

9/12 with confirmation at 10:57am PDT 6+ SG 128 GB, 11/9-11/27 group. I have a feeling if we don't see any movement by Friday, 10/17, we are going to be waiting for a long, long time as they fill the China orders.

Been lurking here for a while now, since 9/19 I guess. My phone is through work and they ordered me a 6+ 16GB SG sometime in the afternoon on 9/12. The shipping estimate I received was 11/9-11/27 right from the start, but our rep "assured us that the phone would ship sooner".

Sometime later, when I tried to update my 32GB iPad to iOS8, I had a hard time because it needed 7GB free space to expand the update. That made me realize that 16GB would never suffice. So I asked IT if they would order a higher capacity phone and they agreed to order me a 128GB 6+ SG. This order was placed on 9/24, and expected ship window for this phone is 11/3 - 11/12. They did not cancel the 16GB phone order, so I guess they'll keep that phone too?

Anyway, I've been checking both orders regularly like you folks have been, and yesterday I was surprised to note that the 16GB phone had shipped! It is expected on Wednesday (and is going to sit there with IT, taunting me saying "coulda had me! instead you decided to go with a different phone!")

AT&T's order management system makes no sense at all! I hope all of you in the 10/2 - 10/13 window get your phones soon. I can imagine how distracting it is to wait for something you can't wait to get your hands on. And I hope AT&T is able to do for my 128GB order what they did for the 16GB order and ship it earlier, cos I can't wait another month!

Ship dates 10/2 - 10/13
Was back ordered till today
877# says processed and awaiting tracking number

I was going to give it a couple days to see how many people would actually respond. I will get my results out tomorrow night, hoping more people weigh in by then.
 
I placed my order on 09/12 around 9am EST for a 128GB Space Grey iPhone 6 Plus.

Expected Ship Date: 10/13 - 10/22
Premier Account (Isn't Premier supposed to be faster?)

Impatiently waiting...:(

Ordered 9/12 128gb slv 430pm est. 11/9-11/27 ship dates. Went from back ordered to processing on 877# last week but with same ship dates given and no other changes or movement since. Premier

nah it existed i did get one from the apple store still waiting on my backordered one which now I think they have went from the endangered list to the extinct list. well at least in the U.S. anyway :(

Good luck. I emailed the CEO of Att 3 weeks ago. His secretary called me back next day she informed me than I was not going to have delivery til November. Sorry couldn't help me. I emailed again a week ago and got an email from some girl saying they would reach out to me in a couple days. Never did hear again. Any way I figure I'll be happy if I get during my 11/9-11/27 window. :confused:
 
What's ticking me off is I keep seeing "Apple opens sales for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in 5785424 other countries" stories.

Shouldn't these incompetent Imbeciles take care of the first countries they opened in before expanding!?!?
