Lots of Yosemite issues reported with audio. I'm very happy and crash free with ML; can't afford the downtime associated with OS updates that make no difference in my workflow.

Yeah, I'd like to know where you've heard this as well. I haven't updated my Late 2013 iMac to Yosemite yet because I saw someone else mention there are "tons of audio issues" yet, they couldn't provide any proof.
Music scoring on this iMac is my main gig, so it's crucial I have everything working flawlessly, but I also feel I'm missing out on all the Continuity/Handoff features between Yosemite, my iPad and my iPhone 6... so I would like to update.
Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Pro Tools 10 has GUI glitches on the menus. Very annoying, and a very small chance that Avid will do anything for Pro Tools 10.
