There will be a new Mac Pro announced, possibly a speedbump, or more. When I loaded the apple.com page and hovered over the welcome to 2007 photo, it gave me the apple.com/macpro link preview at the bottom.

I meant I don't predict anything revolutionary to come out. Ingenious, isn't it?![]()
In case there is still anyone left who doesn't think this image relates to MacWorld:
MacWorld 2007 Banner Pics
with that banner on the US site only makes me think whatevers coming out will only be for the US?
Yeah, deals announced with the majors. Movies, iTV. Coming to the UK in 2009, to New Zealand in 2018.![]()

that image is decidedly un-apple. the balance is all off and the light rays aren't coming from a consistent source. the distortion in the upper left of the apple coupled with the bit mark being cropped make it look more like a rotten apple.
The light source is a Dell logo. 2007 sees the licensing of OSX...

It does seem that NZ is way down the list (as is Australia).Yeah, deals announced with the majors. Movies, iTV. Coming to the UK in 2009, to New Zealand in 2018.![]()
At the risk of being pedantic, TV is neither an acronym, being formed from a single word, nor a properly constructed compound, since tele comes from Greek and vision comes from Latin.Or do we just keep the plain old TV (tele=distant, vision=vision) acronym?
