    External drive not detected on one specific iMac

    Hi All, Looking for some help. All of a sudden my iMac will not detect my seagate 4tb drive. 3.49tb available. I'm working off Mojave 10.14.4. Its showing up on other computers. Any ideas? TIA

    How to Backup RAID 5 to an external hard drive

    Hello and thanks for your help! I have a Mac Pro and work off an external RAID 5 array. I would like to backup the RAID array onto an external hardrive to have a copy in a remote location. I am unable to do this in time machine. Suggestions? THanks! Catherine
