Other 0% financing w/o a carrier?

I’m trying to figure out the smartest way of buying 2 phones and assumed 12 or 24 month options would be available using an Apple Card but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I want an unlocked phone but I don’t want an account with those providers.

Am I missing something?

Apparently you can do this with T-Mobile, but I personally haven't tried. You select T-Mobile and then they don't actually check any account information. Any any phone purchased directly from Apple is apparently always carrier-unlocked.
