There is an application called Missing Sync for Windows Mobile by Mark Space http://www.markspace.com It has recently launched a version that can cope with WM5, I havent used it much but it certainly syncs ical, address book and mounts the phone as a drive.
I dont shift lots of data on a sync but it does appear to work.
Be a bit cautious using both a PC and a Mac at the same time, I lost all my data the first time a synced to the PC after a mac sync - not sure if I missed something in the help file though!
As yet I havent managed to get a reliable bluetooth connection and it only appears as a modem or headset! Not much use really.
Thanks for that. I settled on the Nokia N80 as it has Wi-Fi (which could be kinda cool )and it has a 3MP camera! You can also make it work with iSync via this script http://wiki.siftah.com/Apple_iSync_and_the_N80.
