"1.1.3 Soft Update" Not there

I'm following the guide at https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/421958/ to upgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 after the installer from Conceited Software didn't work for me. iBrickr is telling me to download the "1.1.3 soft update" from installer, but it's not there. I've refreshed my sources but I still can't see it.

Is there any way I can add it manually?

right STOP right now lol don't use iBrickr that uses the iPhone firmware, easiest method is here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/422348/ I used it before posting and works 100% and it uses the ipod firmware.
