iPod touch 1.1.3 VPN (with update?)

Can anyone got the 1.1.3 update (with/without apps) tell me if they've finally added VPN support??
Would almost make it worth paying the money...

With the apps it has VPN support. Don't know about without as I didn't check.

VPN is now there - It wasn't prior to the update. Before 1.1.3 if I went to Settings > General > Network the only option I had was Wi-Fi, now theres a VPN selection.

I can't test it now because I don't have a WiFi connection but it seems pretty decent..

The options are L2TP & PPTP
Server:
Account:
RSA SecurID (On/Off)
Password
Secret (L2TP Only)
Encryption Level (PPTP Only)
Send All Traffic
Proxy (Off/Manual/Auto)


Since I"m not Jailbroken anymore I can't take a screen shot for ya!

Has anyone tested this with WiFi? I want to know if you can now log onto a network using 802.1x security login. Is that what VPN means?
