don't forget the "locate me" feature on maps...although it is no GPS. Wait, so are you going to jailbreak 1.1.3? If so, then you should upgrade. Otherwise, wait a few days for the SDK because that would be the only real reason to upgrade.
I upgraded from a jailbroken 1.1.1 to a clean 1.1.3 and I regret it. After numerous attempts to downgrade I finally gave up. Mainly due to the supposed late feb. sdk release.

Why not just Jailbreak 1.1.3 ?

You Decide '[1.1].3'

In my opinion, as probably everyone else's, upgrading to a jailbroken 1.1.3 is a HUGE hassle. But, in order to come to a true decision, you have to look at the facts:
------
Good
------
1. This is more of a bragging right, but,
YOU HAVE THE LATEST VERSION JAILBROKEN [somewhat]
2. You can rearrange the icons more easily. (customize works well, but is not a live change.)

Now let's look at some bad things:

-----
Bad
-----
1. Customize, as of right now, does not work on some models.
2. There are alot of bugs, and apps, even SpringBoard, will crash NOW AND THEN.
3. UPDATE: THIS HAS BEEN FIXED- Some app's data will not install in the correct locations.
4. You WILL have to scour the internet to downgrade and you WILL have to try multiple firmware BUILDS.

Those are just a few reasons, but, in the end, the decision is up to you. Either way, IPOD TOUCHES/IPHONES are ALWAYS more fun jailbroken!

[Mine's a 'jailbroken' 1.1.3] :)
