Didn't pre order, walked in at 1:30 this afternoon and picked one up no problem. Either supply is way up or demand is way down. Either way I find the typing to be just fine - I can type just about as fast as a regular key
board.

Did the same thing at 1 in the Apple store in NJ. 32GB. In and out in less than 5 mins.

I was at our main Apple store this morning. Store opens at 9am, I'm out at 9:15 and was like #80 in line.

They were also servicing walk-ins at 10am.

Easy and fast process. Not sure why people are waiting until afternoon to avoid "the wait."

UPS guy drives up to store at about 8:45am. We all joked about tipping the truck. 🙂

They were also servicing walk-ins at 10am.

Easy and fast process. Not sure why people are waiting until afternoon to avoid "the wait."

I'm guessing you pre-ordered? That might be why you got out so quick 😉
