I have been waiting for Western Digital to release a 1tb internal laptop drive, and they have.

But i noticed this as well.

I did a tad bit of research and found that these are normally found inside an enclosure. I was wondering if maybe I could use this as my secondary internal hard drive for my 2009 MBP if I get the OWC Optical Drive Double Data converter.

    Thanks guys!

Read the specs on the conversion kit to see if it supports drives that high. 14.8mm is very uncommon.

Do you really need that much space your laptop?
