1 computer, 2 iPhones to sync

What is the best way to use 1 computer with 2 iphones? Can both iphone be sync'd using the same Windows account or do I need to create a windows account for each iphone user? They will be syncing different apps etc...

fine to use as normal,

2 will sync independantly, can choose different apps/songs to sync etc.

I sync 2 iPhones to my iMac no problems.

I'm actually trying to do the same thing at home without to manually have to manage the apps/music or log into windows with a different user ID.

I use winamp to play my music and not iTunes.
