Why is it difficult for the simplest task.

1 RMA e-mail from Asus 2 files to compete and return.
1 pdf +1 excell spreadsheet.

Ipp pro 10.5
Ms office 365 including excell.

Brill I thought this may take 2 mins max to complete and return via e-mail.

What a difficult task-the pdf was easily signed via mail.
Excell spreadsheet edited and complete via ms excell.

Trying to reply all with both edited pdf/excell proved much more difficult than 1st anticipated.

Resulting in 2 replys to Asus via mail -1 has pdf 1 has excell.

That is a great example of the limitations of using a mobile OS for anything more advanced than what one does on their smartphone.

There are dozens of little things like that, that we take for granted that are not possible in iOS. And it isn't always resolved by "thinking different". I've pretty much given up trying to get my 12.9 Pro to be anything more than a casual use tablet. Although great in-roads have been made in some areas of iPad uses, there are still some that simply won't be resolved.

Thought I was going to receive some customer education.

t.b.h I didn’t help matters saving the edited excell spreadsheet in various locations iCloud/iCloud Drive/Dropbox ms one drive .

A few save drafts via mail helped whilst I attempted to attach both pdf +edited spreadsheet helped..eventually.
