1% per hour standby drain

Sorry for another battery thread. Maybe needs it's own forum 😉

Am seeing %1 per hour STANDBY drain like most but just wondering what your settings were, i have a lot turned off. This is for 4S

Also 1% per hour is not the 200 hrs standby that is quoted on their website. Not even if you round it and i doubt they are quoting airplane mode standby.

Not complaining as 4 days is more than enough and if you don't have access to a charger for 4 days you should probably have a remote charging solution. Just curious

How much RAM do you have? Doubling processor memory plus any storage over 16GB (which I am sure is the one the stats were measured on) puts noticeable drain on the battery.

He will have 512mb, just like every other 4S...

I suggest you turn the batter percentage off, suddenly the battery appears to last longer 🙂

And under location services > System services, turn off location last iAds. Will help a little.

Thanks interesting. They cite default settings i think siri and icloud were left off in default settings altho i dont remember. Thanks again this was helpful
