Does this warranty come with apple itself, or do you have to go through your phone service provider (ex. Fido, Rogers). And does a broken silent on/off switch on the side, warrant for a return, or does this fall under "physical" damage? By broken, I mean the chrome piece came off the switch so I can't toggle between silent and on, unless I use something small and sharp to flip the switch. I would like to know because if I can return this to a apple store near me for a brand new one it would be nice.
