My daughter at In-N-Out Burger:

No effect:

The lady in the background has a weird issue with her arm...

Nice. Would like to see even more bokeh if the subject weren't so close (even her hair & shirt are blurred).

That lady's jacket is covering part of her arm. 🙂 Unless you're talking about the bottom part of her arm which is a little off with the hair in the front.
