10.1 Upgrade

Hi,

NEW TO MAC
I just got a G4 with dual 800 Mhz processors and 1 gig memory and it was os x 10.1.5.

I want to upgrade the os to a more current one. I was thinking about 10.4 (Tiger I think), do you think this run on my machine. And how do get older OSs?

Tiger will run great on that machine, much better than Puma I would say.

I run Tiger on a 500 MHz iBook G3 with 576 MB of memory. It'll run very well.
