10-10-10 invalid date in iCal?

for some reason my iCal (in 10.6.4) refuses to let me create an event that occurs on or happens during October 10, 2010: 10-10-10.

Just checked, my iCal allows me to. No idea what the problem may be though.

I just created an event on 10-10 and had no problem. No idea what is going on with your system.

No trouble here. Perhaps, you should describe your trouble in more detail.

it's not a very big problem, so I wasn't asking for help as much as I was just curious if anyone else had the same problem.
