10.10.4 Bluetooth mouse jittery/lag issues

I bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Designer Mouse to pair with my Mbp 2015.
It paired successfully and even recognized the mouse name.

However, the mouse movement is jittery and has a terrible lag.
I thought the bluetooth issue should be fixed in 10.10.4?
or is this the new microsoft mouse issue?

any help? thanks.

Any device plugged into the USB 3.0 port? It may be hardware issue, but not software.
