So what about it folks?
Should we perform a clean install?
Or simply update it?
Well I didn't know Apple skipped to macOS 10.12'.14' but I find that unless you really need a fresh start, you should be fine with just updating via Mac App Store.
How the hell do I edit the tittle?
I've never done clean installs for updates like this, although I've also never done them for major upgrades either. 10.12.4 installed quickly and successfully for me.
Always best to have a backup, though!
Bricked my Mac, had to CMD+R and reinstall OS, took a while but I didn't lose any of my stuff. Update was installed fine after that.
I've DL 10.12.4 from the App Store and was going to make a usb installer, but I can't find the DL, it's not in the app folder. I haven't been very active here in quite some time (my Apple gear just works), but did I miss something since 10.12.2 when I last did a clean install. I got the installer open and it's on my HDD somewhere.
There is nothing groundbreaking in 10.12.4. No APFS.
LOL no, unless you're a huge fan of wasting time
