10.12.4 killed legacy apps?

Did Apple change anything in the 10.12.4 update that would kill legacy apps. I'm trying to open Sony Content Browser and it saying it can't open it. and just crashes.

Did apple change anything in the update that it would cause it crash and not open. I was using it fine under 10.12.3...

Apparently something in 10.12.4 changed to cause your Sony app to crash, but Apple did not do anything in particular to disable old apps.
Have you tried reinstalling your app or have you done any other troubleshooting?

Have you downloaded the latest version, that is over a year old:

The new Catalyst i can't figure out how to import directly into FCPX
