Mac still ignores my quest to stop obnoxious notifications...runs as slow as my Powerbook 150

I am just not seeing any improvement.

Thanks for your detailed, explicit reply to my question.

Do you even see what your question is in the title? lol

Here let me give you a better answer.

My 2017 iMac is running incredibly well with 10.13.4 that was installed a few days ago.

Is that better for you? Or would have preferred me whining about it running like a Powerbook 150 without even giving you a computer model?

Its running great on my late 2015 iMac as well.

And I was gladly surprise to see it support smart invert colours on Safari and mail as well (I use invert colours a lot)

Overall it is a great update and maybe its a placebo effect but it does feel a little more responsive and faster.

After about a week of using 10.13.4 on my MBP 2017 13" nTB, I have experienced *crossing fingers* no more…
• system crashes/reboots while in sleep mode
• crashing bluetooth module when connected to my Magic Mouse 2

I'm on a 2010 13" MBP, and 10.13.3 was excellent. 10.13.4, on the other hand... Maybe it's just I'm a bit paranoid, but I feel the UI a bit less responsive... sometimes Control Centre lags a bit. I'm not sure wether to go back to 10.13.3 or just stay at 10.13.4

10% of my companies Macs are throwing error on 13.4 boot so effectively you have to Internet Recovery and reinstall.

Other than that it seems fine.

It hasn't really changed much, for me. But it did introduce a bug, I believe. On two occasions now, I've opened my rMBP lid, logged in, and been confronted with a rapidly flickering screen. Both times, shutdown/restart was temporarily blocked by the mail app being unresponsive.

Runs perfectly smooth on my 2015 MBP. I’ve seen virtually no issues from the start of it.
Not entirely sure what obnoxious notifications you speak of.

Fixed my issue with safari working wonky when pinched to zoom in (scrolling content not loading, mouse cursor on video scrubbing out of place). Very happy with it.

10.13.4 is for my Mini 2012 more stable than the other HS versions.
Now its more like Sierra; Stable and fast.

How do you turn on Smart Invert Colors on 10.13.4? I only have invert colors under accessibility/display. I don't see any options for this directly in Safari and Mail?

Running perfectly well on my early 2015 MacBook Pro. No problems. Sorry to OP if that’s not specific enough.
