I voted no because apple have started to make available to developers safari betas for high sierra. That is a clear sign that there won’t be any more point releases because otherwise it would be part of the point release. Nevertheless there will be security updates and separate safari updates.

So I would be surprised if there were any more point releases for high sierra.

10.13.6 is the last High Sierra version number, though there will be updated builds with various security-related fixes released over the next two years.

Apple hasn't issued a 10.x.7 update since Snow Leopard in 2011.

I vote no, but only with a blind hope
-i'm still nursing this Late 2011 MBP w/broken AMD GPU and with every update, security or otherwise, it is a pain...
