(sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere, couldn't find it)

Anyone know of a website with live coverage of the MacBook/MBP event Tuesday morning? Video would be cool, if they allow it at such events, but even a text update like MR's previous one would be good.

TIA🙂

no. but Apple will provide a stream of the event edited a little while later. look out for the spoiler free stream link MacRumors will provide (not MacRumors Live).

This is a media event. I doubt there will be any live coverage. Apple may post a QT video later in the day.

I miss the days when Apple used to stream live every Stevenote. Now they never do it live. You either have to keep up with fast updating text blogs getting bogged down by network traffic or sleep late and watch the stream later.

And yes, it'll be on iTunes soon after too.

I'm sure Engadget and Gizmodo will have live coverage.

Engadget will for sure have a live blog of the event. I havnt heard about any others though. Usually if you just google it the day of the event, youll find a couple of live blogs. Theres never any live video though.

The mac Observer http://www.themacobserver.com is going to do a text update throughout t he event. 1:00 PM EST/12:00 PM CDT. Should be interesting since I bought a new MBP on the 15th of September. It is for the wife and her trusty 17" PB was dying before our eyes, could not wait. I hope the announcement is not something that really makes me wish I had! 😱
