10.2.8 to 10.4?

I have a 12" G4 powerbook 867, with 1.12M of Ram runnung 10.2.8. I want to go to 10.4. Do I have to instal 10.3 and then 10.4? Do I just buy to 10.4 DVD retail? I'm confused...

You just get 10.4 and install. Back your stuff up and do a clean install. Or be like me and just upgrade.

Don't be confused.

Just buy 10.5 Leopard and install.

Back up first though. Just as a precaution. 😉

Just make sure you buy a retail disk. If you go to eBay, people will be selling machine-specific disks that may not work with your Mac; they're usually grey unlike this:
