10.2 beta issue with Chrome Remote Desktop/iCamera Keep

Very weird issue going ever since installing 10.2 beta. Ever since install when connected to LTE I am unable to use Chrome Remote Desktop or my iCamera Keep (iSmartAlarm). When I connect to in house Wifi everything works as intended. Orginally I thought it was an issue with my wireless (Airport Extreme/time capsule) but then I realized they worked as intended on LTE with my wife's phone (who is not on beta). Anyone have any time of these issues where they are unable to control/use an app over LTE with beta software
