10.2 broke my iPad 4

update 10.2 left my iPad 4 with the connect to iTunes restore screen, when I try to restore it fails with error (50). CAN NOT use my iPad anymore? Tried a bunch of reset options, but nothing has worked. Anyone else had a problem with this update?

My iPad 4 is running 10.2 very well. OTA update from 10.1.1
Maybe if you restore as new it might help.

@TITNTUFF is correct. Set up as new. You will lose saved data. But it's likely the only way from the way you made it sound.
