10.2 not downloading to Ultra

As title says 10.2 won’t download to Ultra. Times out with error message.
Anybody with same issue? Any resolution?

Did you kick it off from the phone or watch? Whichever you tried, reboot phone and watch and try the other.

Via phone. I did reboot both but did not start from watch. Will try that next. Never happened before.

First time I have ever tried using software update from the Watch worked much faster then from my iPhone.
