I ordered a regular 6 along with it. Only thing I can think of is it was ready and they pulled a 6+ ahead to complete my order since it was a new account. Only thing that makes sense to me.

Cancelled my order and was able to pick up an iPhone 6 Plus SG 64gb ATT at an Apple Store. Used the seaturtle tracker.

I too got tired of waiting. The manager of my local Best Buy store located the Verizon version of the 128GB Space Grey iPhone 6 Plus at another store and had it shipped for me. It is a factory unlocked phone that is compatible with all the LTE bands and frequencies used by AT&T and T-Mobile in addition to the CDMA EV-DO Rev. A and Rev. B frequencies used by Verizon. I have been using it on the AT&T network since 10/10 without any issues.

I hope that you get your phones soon. However, Apple keeps insulting AT&T customers by devoting production to open new markets while keeping customers with preorders waiting. See: http://online.wsj.com/articles/appl...n-36-new-markets-by-end-of-october-1413205294.
 
Just for a followup, I did get both phones in yesterday. The plus is massive! My wife loves it.
 
Wow, I totally thought about making a thread for these ship dates.

Here is my info;

Ordered on 9/20
iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Gray
Estimated ship dates are 10/29-11-7

There has been no movement whatsoever. 877 number says backordered. 866 number used to say my order has been processed and has been sent to our wear house for shipment to 1 or more items in your order is temporarily out of stock.
 
Same exact phone, except my ship dates are 10/30-11/10 and I ordered on the 22nd of last month.

Honestly, I think the best course of action here is for all of us to take a nice week long break from worrying about our phones and then report back as we actually approach our shipping date. I know it's hard, but from playing around with a friend's iPhone 6 Plus that he preordered -- it's going to be worth it! :cool:
 
I'm thinking about canceling and ordering from Apple.com it seems reasonable that when they new stock in Apple stores and their website will get them first.
 
My order was canceled at 2:30 AM this morning. I've called twice and they are unable to provide a solid reason as to why. One person stated it's because I used my Mastercard branded debit card for the charges and they can't recharge it (which isn't true, because I've used the same card before with ATT in the same situation) and the other stated it was because Apple told ATT that it would be 90 days before they could get iPhone 6+'s to them and they were canceling all orders that would take over 90 days (also crap).

Hope you guys have better luck than I. I'm investigating switching carriers.
 
Mine has shipped! Supposed to be here by Wednesday, 10/29. I'm so excited! (Ordered AT&T Gold 64GB 6+ on 9/29 from apple.com)
 
Update on my situation: after the order was canceled Saturday morning, I was luckily heading to Pittsburgh for a Steelers game and caught a 16gb iPhone 6+ in Gold at the Ross Park Apple Store. Best of luck to the rest of you guys.

My 6+ had an initial delivery date of 10/30 but got pushed out to 11/3. Following the tracking is so frustrating. Its sat at every location for 2 days before departing wasting 4 days in total with no movement. Then I noticed it just went backwards going from china to korea to hong kong.
