10.5.3 question!!!!!! Weird!!!!!!!!!

I upgraded to 10.5.3 a few days ago ( when it came out). Now, all of a sudden Sw update just came on and asked me to update and I just checked and its only at 10.5.2....

Is it safe to update???

What should I do?
