another battery bites the dust

I bought my MBP last November (2007). In May of this year the battery started to die at about 70% - or between an hour and a half and two hours, with only 30 cycles on it. It just shut off - no warning, no sleep! I had been using it plugged in almost all of the time. Apple replaced it, free. Now some six months later, it's starting to do the same thing again. Neither battery swelled, but this one is lasting only a couple of hours before needing to be charged. I bought an extended warranty at Best Buy, so I'll be trying to get a new battery under that warranty, instead of Apple's.

I don't believe this battery problem has to do with the OS.

I can't believe that Apple is trying to duck this!!

Yep, me too...

Even though it shows 57%, it's not charging and when I unplug when it's sleeping, it shuts down. (Even when shut down it looses date and time...)
