10.5.6 slaughtered my WoW FPS

Just updated to 10.5.6 and went back to playing WoW ( World of Warcraft) and the fps was abysmal. Went from from a bearable 15-18 fps to 2-5 fps after the update.
Anyone else in the same boat and what can I do now? - really quite fuming about this 'update' 😡😡😡😡
