Anyone else have a 10.5 in pro with a terribly aligned headphone jack?

I think that's normal but I could be wrong, I would imagine it being hard for Apple to mis-align a port

probably.

Terribly? Not seeing anything based off your photo. Maybe seeing it in person would make a difference.
Its flush with the right side, but as you can see there is space on the left side toward the top

I see what you mean now, I thought that might just be the angle. If it's bugging you you could get a refund and replace it with another model, but first check in stores to see if any other models have the issue

Yes some are off center which can be very annoying as these things are not cheap. I returned two 9.7-inch iPad Pro's last year for this same issue. If it bothers you and you have something else wrong like uneven backlight or scratches along the chamfered edges definitely exchange it otherwise if this is the only thing I'd definitely keep it as you could get something worse.

You returned two iPads last year that had the same problem?o_O

The display seems to be one single shade so thats stopping me from exchanging, i just dont want anything getting in there.

if you got the good display just forget about the rest. you will be sorry if you dont.

I have some light bleed on the bottom and top but its not too bad comapred to other ipad screens ive owned.

Mine is slightly off center by a hair I suppose, but I advise you don't get into the swap out cycle. If you're bothered by something that minuscule, you're going to find something that bothers you on all the replacements too.

I had a chip in one of the volume buttons. That's pretty annoying, but I would definitely keep yours with the headphone especially if everything else is perfect.

I've seen that many times and thought nothing of it. If you got the space gray with the black jack you wouldn't even be able to see it anyway most likely.

I'd be concerned if it was enough to be an issue when using a case - enough misalignment such that a plug won't fit if the case is on.

Very true. As 90% of these iPads will be in cases where that would be a factor if the case and Jack did not align correctly. Then it certainly would be an issue.

I went ahead and ordered another one, maybe that one will be aligned right. if not ill return it or give it to a family member, thanks for the input guys.
